to get this play the quest mode and keep on winning after a couple of fights you will get a message saying the amateurs tournament has started.

go on the arcade with the gold swirling around it and be placed in the top 3. you do not have to win to get this achievement

the opponents will still be quite easy to defeat but are harder than the beginners tournament
