This isn't exactly a solution, but I just confirmed with Yoostar support that to unlock the "Gorilla Swagger" video background (which is the only one I have left) you are required to earn 2,500,000 fame points... so yea. They're apparently going to come out with a store soon where you can buy things to help you get fame points quicker but there's no official word when it is coming out. Hope this clears some things up and good luck everyone.
