After arriving on the outer gate of Kirkwall and talking to your uncle, make two saves one for this achievement and the other for the smuggler achievement. Then go talk to the mercenary Meeran located down the steps in the far right corner. Talk to him and say you will do anything it takes, he will give you a quest to kill a guy named Lord Friedrich. Follow the quest marker and kill the guy he wants dead, then return to Meeran to complete the quest and achievement unlocked.
