I discovered this by accident not trying to get this achievement, but you can also get it by winning a practice shootout against Germany. I suck at this game, but was still easily able to beat the shootout with no problem. I used used England when I did it (just so I could practice for the global challenge between them, which isn't supposed to be one of the 'hard ones' but I disagree... and digress). Good luck!
