Another very easy achievement. All you have got to do is find a weapon or armor enchanting rune. I found a nature weapon rune in the Dalish Camp at Sundermount, you have to buy it from the merchant there.

Upon acquiring a weapon/armor rune, you have to head back to Hightown in Kirkwall. Once in Hightown locate Sandal and his father, then interact with the corresponding chest behind them. Once you apply the rune and exit the enchanting screen the achievement will be yours.
