To get this achievement you must earn the respect of the Arishok. Alright I decided to do a little digging since it seemed some people were having trouble getting this achievement to unlock. It seems your dialogue options ONLY matter during the quests below.

- Blackpowder Courtesy - When you speak to him during this quest use all the peaceful options at the beginning and thank him for the warning. At the end again use all peaceful options.

- Offered and Lost - If you do not side Ser Varnell when you talk to the Viscount tell him to "Not hide the bodies" then when returning to the Arishok be honest to him about what happened. Additionally if you choose to side with Ser Varnell and kill the Quanari yourself, when returning to the Arishok still be honest about what happened even though it was you who killed them will earn respect.

- Following the Qun - Choose all peaceful options.

- Demands of the Qun - At the start tell the Arishok that if you were him you would NOT hand over the slaves. By this point or sooner the achievement should have unlocked for you, if not don't worry you have 1 more chance, but when heading to the keep you MUST have Fenris in your party for this chance to happen. Once you get to the keep if you have gained the Arishok's respect you'll have the option for a 1 v 1 duel, if you have not it will be a group fight, BUT if Fenris is there and you ask him, he will appeal to the Arishok for a 1 v 1 do. The Arishok agrees and you must accept for your last chance to earn respect.

Hopefully this helps things out a little more.
