Not a strictly detailed solution, per se, so don't shoot me. Here's how I got the achievement. In order, successfully complete Puzzle: Skill Challenge Pack Levels 1, 2, and 3. Then, fail the fourth puzzle, skip it, and move on to the fifth puzzle. Successfully complete the fifth puzzle. Ding! Achievement. If you've already 200G'd this game, you should have no trouble with the first few puzzles. (Puzzle 4, with the snow / ice, gave me fits, which is why I skipped it.)
