You will get plenty of these while going through your career. Make sure you're playing on rookie and when you get your ratings up these moments will be much easier.

While the other guy didn't actually tell you how to get it... I think the best way is getting a walk off run, maybe a strikeout to end game if you're a pitcher but not sure. Here is video showing walk off works. When you do get to attempt a clutch moment, a short 3-4 second cut-scene will show that your about to play in a clutch moment.

Edit: I just hit a two run walk off and did not get the pop. There was only one out so maybe there must have to be 2 outs to get it
