Since the achievements are not functioning properly at this time, this is UNCONFIRMED. I will attempt to keep it spoiler free. At the start of act 2, you will find sebastion in the chantry, talking to him will result in a mission. During the mission, in the basement of the mansion, you will find a mercenary corpse with a bow, this can be given to sebastion as a gift. He will automatically equip it, which is great since it is one of the best bows for act 2.
