The hard difficulty on this game is not too bad u just need to make use of cover and use the explosive barrels located in the store. Also it takes 3 seconds for your health to regenerate.

At the first part of the level u can lay down and not do anything but i sniped the guards invthe two sniper towers and wait for the second phosperous round which triggers the next part of the story.

Ok the next part where you have to storm the supermarket there will be emp rocketeers up there and snipe them as soon as they appear. Also to the back right there are some crates which i took cover behind and still had good view to snipe and take out the humvee. As soon as you are told to follow goliath move up with caution and u will trigger a checkpoint. When done on your left there is like a shelter which u can take cover from the heli and lock onto goliath when its hovering on the midde of the road.

The next tricky part is where you are going through the store. When the door opens run to left and shoot the two guys standing ther talking and hide behind the cover on the left.and pick off people one at a time with your m4 and the handy grenade. There are three checkpoints in the store and are quite close together. A handy tip is to stick to the right hand side shooting the guys who rapel. Move up slowly checking your back as at one point there will be a few enemies who will flank you.

The last hard part of the level is when you are on the back of the transport truck and you are using goliath to destroy pursuing humvees and another heli. Target the humvee that pulls out from your left then the one that comes from the right. Then do nothing else but focus on taking down the chopper as it appears as destroying the heli ends the level and you will take no more damage.

25g unlocked! Also you can use this guide for the iron man achievement of course using the easy setting. Hope this guide helps u out a little
