Load up Chapter 3 : Fire Sale, The Assault.. You will be right behind a guard who Rianna takes out. Go out the door and you will see a huge lot full of enemies. Rianna will then signal Connor to use the truck to distract them. Then Hopper lights the phosphorous into the air which lights most enemies on fire. Snipe as many as you can that are on fire. You might not kill 5 of them so if you don't, reload the checkpoint and snipe a couple more. They all add up and do not need to be killed in one go.

You do NOT need to kill all of them in one go!
