Go into Take down a Pro mode and start the first one. He'll play passive so just wait for great cards and then raise him up.

Take him down and get the achievement. You'll also get Took Down a Pro.

BIG DOG

If you are also going for the LVL 50 achievement you will easily get this achievement doing my method. This will take only 10 minutes based on luck. But since you need 25 wins to get another achievement might as well keep going.
