In poker terms, the 'river' is the fifth card placed on the table. To earn this achievement your winning hand has to include this card such as it being; high card, part of a pair, three of a kind, full house, e.t.c- it just has to be included in your winning hand. This achievement should not be much trouble at all and I would estimate that you'll get it in your first few games.
