As you rank up, you unlock more tricks.The third trick is unlocked at level 14 which is 157,500 XP. To see which tricks you have unlocked and how to do them press LB during a match to bring up a list of all poker hands. Then press Left once this will change to a list of all chip tricks.
Now you know which ones you can do and how to do them, during a hand press the button combos for 3 different tricks allowing time in between each one for your avatar to do the trick. Once the 3rd one is done your achievement should pop.
