This achievement is very simple and it can be done very early in the game.

Usually when you fight 5-10 enemies and you winning one or two of the remaining foes will start running. In order to get the achievement you have to pick a weapon from the floor (LB) and aim the fleeing enemy (RT) and then press (Y) to throw it on him.

Repeat this 10 times and the achievement is yours :)
