Just have one person pick up the flag, and place it in their zone. Now, the person getting the achievement will take it from the other base, and put it in their zone to score. Do this twice, and the achievement unlocks in-game. The best map to choose is Countdown.

Note: This method will only work if you play this gametype (download), and NOT built-in stockpile that the game comes with.

Update: As of August 19, 2012, this method still works
