Here's a video I made showing how to get this achievement. It's most easily done with 4 real people over Xbox LIVE, and do it on level 4. Basically, you want to sweep your proton stream back and forth towards whatever enemies are following you. This should only take a few tries to get once you can get that down.
Tip from Bawhawhaw: "one tip... host lag your connection as much as possible,.... it seems to stop most enemies spawning"
