*THE LABS ARE NOW CLOSED, YOU CANNOT FIND THEM IN THE "MY COMMUNITY" SECTION OF THE DASHBOARD, However, if you happened to download it before March 27th, you can still access the Labs from Quick Launch and get the achievements along with the Avatar Clothes.*
There are a few things to this "game" in order to correctly use it and get it's 3 0G Achievements. The US Test Server is open from March 10th to March 27th, other country's servers will be supposedly opened later. Even though this is true, there are ways to get this on non-US accounts, for those of you Internationals or minors (like me). By minors I mean child accounts, younger than 18 years old.
Restrictions:
-Must be US account, but it won't detect your IP Address.
-Must be an Adult Account.
If your main account is already an Adult AND US account, there is no need to do the procedure below, just go into the Xbox LIVE Labs and wait for the achievements and awards to unlock. Otherwise, read the section below.
Now, to overpass these restrictions with your main non-Adult or non-US account, I've researched AND tested this solution:
Make a new account, or use another one, that MUST be US Account AND an Adult Account. After this is done, you must sign in on the first controller, have a second controller in hand. Don't sign into your main account yet. With controller one, scroll down to the Community Channel, Xbox LIVE Labs should be the second or third option. When you press it you will be on the Labs Menu. DO NOT PRESS START YET. On this menu, sign into your main account on your second controller, and then start up the Labs with the first. By doing this, ALL of the profiles signed in at the moment the application triggers the achievements and Avatar clothes will get these, including offline accounts, as long as you are connected to Xbox LIVE.
**Edit: EmDeeGee says: You don't even need to have a second controller: I found out that you can sign out your eligible account on the load up screen, sign in your main European one and it will get all the achievements and Avatar awards.**
Also note that, like Potato said, the game will be "Om nom nomming" on your internet speed/bandwidth.
Now wait SIX hours to trigger this Achievement.
You can leave the game if you want and continue this later, but you have to do the above process again if you are a minor/international user. Don't worry, quitting or pausing the process won't affect your Achievements or clothes.

| Many people are finding this achievement VERY difficult, just like me. so I included a video. Props to you, Microsoft. I faced a very difficult challenge with this game. Credit goes to Rooster Teeth

If you have a gamer tag in your console with the game completed ,just put the account in 2nd controller and your gamer tag in the 1st,start the game and you will have all the 3 achievements
ps: any questions or problems about this method that I discovered by accident, I can make a video guide  |

Turn your Xbox on, enter the labs thingy, select run, go to bed. When you wake up, you will have all three achievements and the avatar awards.
That is assuming you sleep for more than six hours and you don't lose your internet connection while you are asleep. |
