This achievement is during the second level of the campaign. Go through the level where there will be some enemies and eventually you'll reach a decontamination building and you'll be forced to have a decontamination shower before accessing the next area. Once you finish that, the achievement will unlock. It is a storyline achievement so it cannot be missed.
