Finders Keepers - Hijack 20 enemy units in Ground Battles
For this achievement, you need to play a level in 'Ground battle' mode, where you have an open area and you have to destroy enemy buildings. Later levels of this type let you create buildings of your own. You get a mini-map on your HUD that shows the placement of enemies bases (red) and your own (blue). Many of the Dooku path levels are in this mode.
As you play these types of levels, enemies will drive around in their vehicles and attack you. Attack them back, either in a vehicle of your own but even using a blaster character on foot can work. As their health bar drops eventually they'll be ejected from the vehicle. Now simply run up to it, press Y when prompted to take their vehicle.
Do this 20 times total (doesn't need to be in one level) and the achievement is yours. You could theoretically avoid destroying the enemy buildings that spawn vehicles and get this in one level, or just let it come naturally as you play. |

Episode: Count Dooku
Chapter: Gungan General (Level Two)
This is a Ground Control level where you have to destroy some towers. Don't worry about that right now, since we're here to get an achievement.
To hijack an enemy vehicle you have to damage it a bit to make the driver jump out, at which point you can press Y to take over the vehicle. The "Gungan General" level is populated with elephant/rhino creatures that you can ride. This makes damaging enemy vehicles easy.
Press Y to get on one of the creatures, and then press and hold down A to make the animal run. While holding down A, charge into an enemy vehicle; one hit will make the driver bail out. Press Y to jump off the animal and then Y to jump into the abandoned vehicle. Press Y again to exit the vehicle. Repeat the process until the achievement unlocks. |

Just to add to the solutions above you can also hijack enemy cannons and get the achievement.
I got the achievement as soon as I hijacked the enemy cannon by damaging it enough then jumping in it and taking control of the cannon. |
