This can be completed on your second playable stage. Count Dooku - Chapter 1 - Battle of Geonosis. Jump on a speeder, head towards your base and pick up a proton torpedo by driving over it. Head for one of the bases with it's shields down and release the torpedo. Once the building is destroyed you'll have this achievement.
