This achievement will be unlocked after you get your multiplier to 15x. This can be done by picking up things which will give you points and/or killing your swarmites while the time in your multiplier hasn't run out.

I recommend doing this on level 2, as there is a lot of things to pick up while you don't need to stop up too much.
