There are only 2 bosses in the game and the 2nd (last) boss is unlocked after beating level 11 and getting at least 30 DNA.
This boss a similar to the first, hit him in his red weak spots. To do that you have to put a gray bomb in the circle next to the gun. When the bomb is in place, it will fire and automatically hit him in the red spot. Then 4 towers will pop up, and you have to destroy the little weak spots before they leave. Once you do that the boss will launch a ton of arrows and you will have to take cover under one of the towers. Repeat a few times and he will be defeated.
