Each match you play in All Stars is scored in three categories, offense, defense and techniques. And each category is rated from zero to five stars based on your performance.
As the names imply, offense looks at your aggression and ability to land combos and grapples successfully. Defense looks at your ability to block your opponent's attacks, and Techniques looks at your ability to pull off grapples and reversals as well as your use of signatures and finishing moves.
Practice your blocks and reversals and switch up your attacks. The best way to get all five stars is to dominate your opponents, or at least keep them from dominating you.
