Very Simple. Firstly i suggest playing through the Tag Team Path Of Champions first for three reasons.
1. You will earn the 'Risng Star' Achievement
2. You will beat 20 superstars in this mode only requiring you to beat 10 in exhibition mode for 'The Bottom Line' Achievement
3. It will save you repeating Superstars you have already beaten in that mode using the other solutions on this thread.
In Path of Champions the 10 standard match Pairings are :-
Eddie*/Rey
Piper/McIntyre*
Miz*/Morrison
Roberts/Orton
Slaughter*/Swagger*
Rock/Austin
Andre/Big Show
Hogan/Savage
Taker/Kane*
HHH/HBK*
unless you pick 1 of those as your partner then they will be replaced by 1 of the remaining 10. In these matches winning gives you the credit for beating the 2 Superstars and it does not matter if you or your tag partner gets the pin or K.O.
Once you complete that set up a Exhibition Standard Mach and work through the final 10 which should be the list below unless you had 1 swapped out because the partner you chose was from 1 of the standard pairings above. The difference will be whoever replaced who in the Path of Champions mode (so keep note). If you have additional controllers set these up in either 1v1 (2 conrollers), Triple Threat (3 controllers) or Fatel 4 Way (4 controllers) matches to save time with quick pin victories and not have to face the AI.

Minimum matches required is 14. This is the quickest way to do this and get the 2 Achievements.
I agree the other solutions posted here that they do get this achievement done in 10 matches but you would still need to play an additional 10 in Path of Champions if you do those guides before playing Path of Champions a total of 20 matches.
Note: You must also Complete ALL Fantasy Warfare Matches first to unlock all Superstars prior to attempting the achievement. Superstars who are unlocked through Fantasy Warfare matches are marked with an *
