Ok so there is a relatively quick way to get this. You need 2 people and set up a 1 vs.1 private game. The person who is going first to 10 pick Fiona and as your Elite monster pick the Bone Dragon. The other player can pick anyone as it doesn't really matter.
So you want to charge the bone dragon as soon as possible as it can one hit kill the other player. Once you have charged it by placing 4 of the same colour pieces behind it just end turns, you do this by pressing X. Once it has charged you should one hit kill the other player, as the Bone Dragon gets stronger as it goes through each monster. If the person going for it first just keeps winning as you get more experience for maintaining a streak and it will roughly take about 10-12 games. Then the other player can just do the same themselves and it shouldn't take longer than 2 hours at the far spectrum of time.

The solutions above are good, but I've had a hard time finding a boosting buddy and playing a legit round can take 30 - 45 minutes if both you and your opponent are good (and if you're not boosting, the people that still play this online are level 100 - 250+). I've found that even losing to one of these legit players yields you upwards of 1500 xp (for a LOSS), which got me to level 4 in 2 matches. I'll report back when I've gotten the achievement, but if that pace keeps up, I should hit level 10 in ~10 matches, just like boosting.

Edit: I now have the achievement and can say that, yes, losing deliberately to a higher leveled player is much faster. You need 1040 xp per level (the requirement doesn't change as you level up) and losing on purpose against a level 330 got me 2600+ xp for about a 90 second match. Three matches took me from level 4 to level 11.

Getting this achievement legit is not that difficult, you can lose every match and get to level 10 eventually, it is also more fun

General Tips: (for legitimately getting it)
--Decide whether your setup will have an artifact or not and search for only those type of games
--Try to stick with one setup you know well, you can always test ones you want to try in quick play
--Try to compliment your elite/champion units with each other. Like I prefer Unicorns and Deer with Anwen because Unicorns protect the columns next to it and do good damage, while Deer clear walls and do at least 15 damage for me every time. No need to have to massive attackers.

Boosting Method:

Setup a custom game with 1 vs. 1 and artifacts on.

The person who is going to win should pick whatever setup they want, preferably with an elite unit who does 25+ damage.

The loser is going to pick to play with a hero with undead units (either one is fine) and pick Spider Cloak as your artifact. The reason you have artifacts is because Spider Cloak lowers health to 25%, which is horrible until it is time to boost wins.

Basically the person who is going to win should set up an elite unit and a basic attack in the same column, and after that is setup end their turn until they both attack.

While the winner is charging their units, the loser should just delete all unit in the column opposite the charging enemy units to leave a clear path.

This will also go faster if one person boosts to 10, and then the other person will get to 10. Because if you have a win streak you get a bit extra exp, which could be the difference between 10 wins and 11 wins.

EDIT: It is actually better to boost one person to level 8, then switch it up and boost the 2nd player to level 10 because the loser still gets exp. If player 1 still isn't level 10 by the time player 2 is, it should take only 1 game to get to 10.
