Ok this is an easy process called rubberbanding.

Things you need, A dedicated server (extra xbox)
and 2 or more people who need xp. (up to 14)

Make the game
Dedicated Server
20 Mins
No Respawns
15 Seconds Between Games
5 Second Brief
Team Kills Off

Now the players that are in game just put rubberband around both joysticks. So you run circles all night, earning xp each 20 mins when the round ends. Also make sure u have a wired controller or plug n play kit plugged in or your controller will idle out.

Defending team gets 1600xp per game, assault get 800xp per game. Too Easy

This solution describes a way to circumvent the 6 hour limit when dual box idle boosting, but does need some specialized hardware to do so.

Why is there a 6 hour limit anyway?
Boosting with only two xbox consoles and a turbo controller has the problem that you could idle boost for only 6 hours and 40 minutes (20 rounds x 20 minutes). After the 20th round the Launch Game option is disabled during the first 5-7 seconds after the last round. This causes your turbo controller to select the first available next option, which is Players, and from there pressing A like crazy will never launch the game.

The Launch Game option is only enabled (and automatically selected) again after a few seconds when the screen becomes almost black and the game shows the loading symbol in the upper right corner of the screen (during this time it is probably registering the new online game at the Ubisoft servers).

So what about this specialized hardware?
If your controller is an advanced or programmable turbo controller and you have the option to press A only once every 10 seconds (to be on the safe side), you can automatically start a new 20 round game right after round 20 of the first session is finished. Even if the controller pushes the A button right after finishing the last round (and before the special loading screen has appeared), there is still the second post round result screen to wait another 10 seconds for the load screen to appear, and by then the Launch Game options is definitely available (and automatically selected) again.

Since I didn't own a turbo controller, let alone an advanced or programmable controller, I created my own, using an old Xbox controller and an Arduino logic board. By opening the controller and connecting a wire from the A button contact pad to pin 13 of the Arduino and uploading this script to the Arduino:

This script releases the A button for 50 milliseconds and then pushes it down for 10 seconds (10,000 milliseconds) and repeats this cycle indefinitely. This has the advantage that A is immediately pressed if you connect the logic board, but the xbox registers only one button press every 10 seconds. I used pin 13 on the Arduino, since it is also connected to an onboard LED, providing some visual feedback.

You can use any device that is able to give off a +5V (or maybe even +3.3V) signal every 7+ seconds and connect it to the contact pad for the A button inside your controller.

How to setup the game itself?
Let your dummy be the host, since it will be automatically on Assault, so your main is automatically on Defense and you don't need to change the Lock Teams setting all the time.

When you start the game go to Multiplayer -> Xbox Live. Select Create match and change the settings:

Game mode: Attack & defend
Game type: Player match
Item restrictions: (doesn't matter)
Map: Calypso Casino (I used this, but it doesn't really matter)
Max players: 2 (one for yourself and one for your dummy)
Private slots: 2 (one for yourself and one for your dummy)
Dedicated server: No
Allow Voice: doesn't matter
Language: doesn't matter
Respawns: No

Launch the server

When you are in the lobby for you game go to Match settings on the left side of the screen and change the settings:

Round duration: 20 minutes
Rounds per map: 1
Respawns: No
Team respawn: No
Lock teams: Yes
Friendly fire: No
Briefing timer: 5 seconds

(Don't forget to select Accept on top of the list)

Invite the other player(s) and make sure every one is in the right team.

Click Launch Game by enabling your turbo setup and stay the first 20 minutes to check if the restart works ok. To make sure everything works ok, set the number of rounds always to 1, this means you get the problematic loading event after every round.

While the game is running rubber band the right stick to the upper left orientation for both controllers (otherwise you will be kicked for idling).

I have used this method to get the last 500,000+ XP, using 20 minute 1 round games, and it worked perfectly for all 300+ games.

This solution is not relevant for everyone, but if you have the tools available, it may make your idle boosting it little more idle ;)
