So, this is missable. I started up the game and did not complete the tutorial all the way through and I guess it glitched and did not give me this achievement. So this isn't really a solution, just a heads up.

The reason why I stopped is because at that time I didn't want to mess up my completion percentage and I decided to play it today and it continued from where I stopped. So be wary of this glitch.
