This is gained at the beginning of the chapter "The Part Where He Kills You".
And right after you teleport off and it crushes the platform, walk away untill you hear him say come back, and it will only trigger once he actually says "Oh.. You actually came back". And then just jump out and kill yourself and it will unlock.
Easy as that.
