This achievement doesn't take long at all. Just repeat the rock paper scissors gesture until you get the achievement. You can get a draw in the middle of your winning streak and still get the achievement. It only took a couple of minutes for me and my friend to get the achievement.

You must win 3 games or rock-paper-scissors in a row in co-op. Only one person needs to have the gesture for this and both people can get the achievement. This achievement is purely based on luck of the draw. There is no way to choose what you want. You just have to keep playing until you win 3 in a row. If you lose your streak resets. If you tie your streak stays the same.

You unlock this gesture in Course 1: Team Buildings.

I'm not sure if if this works for everyone, but for me it seemed that when when orange initiated it blue would win, and when blue initiated it orange would win. So if your stuck try having the other person initiate the gesture -hope that helps.
