This Achievement is pretty easy to get.

Playing on Difficult at least will net you more points, and you need not get a high rank on the song to score this many points.

Please note, that to get this achievement to pop, you must actually go into the "records" section.

I had the requisite amount of scores, but didn't actually go into "records" to check, as soon as I did, it popped immediately.
