BURNING 5000 -50G

This achievement is earned using the Dance Mat.

Go into workout profile at the main menu and turn on the calorie counter. If you want to make this achievement go faster set your weight to 500 pounds so you burn more with each step.

Now whenever you play a song on the mat every step you take* will burn off calories and at the end of the song it will tell you how many you burned.

*Note every step you take arrow or not burns calories. You can dance around like crazy and obtain this faster.
