Basically the same as the "Fear My Wrath" achievement for the Extraction Point campaign. And again, leave no one alive. They don't necessarily have to be killed by you. So if an AI kills someone or if a ghost hits you and disappears, you're still good. If you avoid the black hole grabbing monsters instead of being grabbed, you're still good. Not sure about the turrets though. I destroyed them too just in case.
