You will face this enemy near the end of the Perseus Mandate campaign. For an enemy that looks 'human' he is actually rediculously hard to kill. He moves a lot and uses an MP50 Repeating Cannon! So ALWAYS take cover behind the boxes and use powerful weapons like the one he's using or the type-12 Laser or ASP Rifle or whatever. He is as tough on Extreme as he is on Low Difficulty, but he can kill you in an instant on Extreme! So watch out.
