Once you reach the 6th area you will be introduced to the fire & water tree's. Simply uproot the water tree with LT & replant the tree with RT.

Do this 100x to get the achievement, You will also unlock a memory whilst doing this.

(can also be achieveved, with general play. If you can't be bothered sitting for a few minutes uprooting & replanting)
