Breath powers come from the totem poles. Some included are Jellify water, evaporate & put out fire.
Most have a time limit when active and need to be recharged once used before they can be used again.
Use any of these powers 100x to get the achievement.
Edit: As said in the comments. Infinite earth & Aplify seem to be the quickest with a 15 second recharge. If you wish to sit it out to get the achievement quickly - Credit to Odin Maximus |

| all you have to do is get three powers and then double tap all of them then it will start an stop the time duration that it takes effect for and also decreases the time taken for the reload. |
