This achievement is earned once you have acquired all the memories of the tribe. This requires that you cover each level with 100% vegetation and find all the memory fragments that are hidden throughout the levels.

Use that link as a guide and/or a checklist. This achievement should come naturally if you're playing for 100%, the memories are not difficult to find and are not meant to be. If you miss a few go back to the level and do what is necessary to complete it, each level autosaves once you complete them so you will start off where you finished last.
