There aren't that many general tips to give for beating these challenges. The game is very straight-forward - getting an S-rank simply entails making it through the level fairly quickly and does not require you to explore every nook and cranny. The regular path is good enough for every S-rank in the game, and the achievements don't even demand S-ranks on every level. Just play the easier levels to perfection to get your time as low as possible, which in turn means you won't have to S-rank the harder ones.
Below are my times and ranks for each level in this world. As you can see, S-ranks aren't necessary and as mentioned, I only perfected levels 1-5 in each world, then I played 5-10 fairly sloppy just to get the overall time down. I would give further tips but you really don't need any as this is very easy for a speed-run game.
In my opinion, World 3 is the hardest world to get this achievement on. It's nothing in particular in the level-design, this one just has the tightest time limit of all the worlds. If you beat this one, it's all down-hill from here. The following two worlds are extremely easy.
