As simple as the description, I got it before I finished the first film story.

A good place to grind this is in Tortuga when you get Anamaria and after giving her the ruby the two upper windows open. Pirates pour in two at a time as long as you don't close the windows. (Thanks to MissJaded)

Just kill everyone.
