For this achievement the best car that i used was the Skyline GT-R (R32) Speedhunters edition i was able to get around 8.696 an the achievement unlocked after you finish the 3rd race. I used that car it comes with the DLC an its an A class.

The best car for this achievement and all 1/4 mile drags is the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32) Speedhunters.

Achieving a run under 9 seconds will require a perfect launch and you to shift in the middle of the green zone on the rev counter on your screen.

It may take you a few races to get used to the car since due to its power it will not launch in a straight line so you will need to keep it going in the right direction.

The achievement will only pop once all 3 heats have been completed
