When you reach level 3, you'll unlock the skill 'Save It'. This will be equipped automatically.

Head to the Main Menu and go to 'Equip Rider Skill' and unequip 'Save It'.

Back out so the game saves, now go back in and re-equip it. Save and you'll unlock the achievement much earlier than waiting to reach level 14.
