You will make driver rep through winning races both online and in the dirt career through any of the events including gymkhana and dc events. The harder the difficulty you choose for these races, the more rep you will get, but you can race on easy, and by the time you have won every event in the career you will be well over driver rep 35, not including any rep you make online, so this have fun :)
