This Achievement is Called 'Stab-Rite' This requires you to Find the BloodStained Knife on your first sweep if the crime scene, now the knife is located in an ally way just next to Ray's Cafe in garbage can close to the corner, just approach it and Press A, listen out for the Chimes in the music to see when you can interact. The Achievement Wont unlock until later on in the Case, i wont say when to avoid giving away spoilers. Also this has to be done during the first time you are at the crime scene you cant go back later to find the knife because the achievement wont unlock, however if you choose to replay the mission from the main menu, go to Cases ----} Traffic Desk Case Log ----} A Marriage Made in Heaven then re-do it from there.

The Stab-rite achievement is carried out on case 'A marriage made in heaven'.
The achievement consists of making sure you find the bloodstained knife in the trash can located n the side alley next to Ray's cafe on your first sweep through, so you must get this why your inspecting the screen on the dead body of the road as if you have to come back you wont get the achievement.
Just walk upto the trash can and your controller shoudl vibrate to show you theres a clue near by and press A next to the trash can and you will pick up the blood stained knife, the achievement won't pop until you go to the coroners later in the case where you find out the guy was actually stabbed and that the knife was important. So aslong as you found the knife the first time your achievement will pop up, but if not then you didn't find it first time and will have to reload the case.
