This Achievement is called 'Round Heels' and is obtained in 'The Red Lipstick Murder' Case, it requires you to get Dick McColl to give up the licence plate of Celine Henry's (the murder victim) Male Companion. After you have been to the Murder Site you have to go to the Bamba Club and speak to the Bar man, he will tell you to go see the man in the back which is Dick McColl, , when you get talking with him you will want to ask him the first question "Suspect Seen with Victim" then when you get to the point of choosing either True, Doubt or Lie, you will want to chose A, True then eventually he will give you a sheet of paper and once you open it up it will reveal the licence plate number and your Achievement.
