This Achievement is obtained during the 2nd Arson Case:
A Walk in Elysian Fields'
Somewhat later in the investigation you will end up travelling to Elysian Fields to speak to Leland Monroe, this is the man you get the achievement from. When eventually you begin to interview him and ask questions you will need to respond to the First 2 Questions correctly here is the questions and the responses:
Elysian linked to arsons – X Doubt
Promotional travel contest – Y Lie – Evidence – Elysian Fields flyers
After you finish discussing the second question you will unlock the achievement.
