First you have to spell out Fantastic.F-A-N are in front of Mr. Fantastic,T-A-S is in front of The Thing, and T-I-C are in front of The Human Torch. Once you have that finished the lock will be lit, then you have to lock 4 balls in the 4 sign ramp(far left ramp next to the mission hole). Achievement unlocked.
