This achievement is very easy to do,
just don't crash while driving a Mini.

I recommend doing this one in the "Rockstar Transworld Clash",
the event is called "Tsavo Classic Shield"

Select the race
Choose '60's
and there's the Mini

Note:
You can get multiple achievements in the same race, if you turn of all the assist.
If you do this you'll also get the "Assistance is Futile" achievement.
