How to unlock the That Coulda Gone Better achievement

    You will get this Achievement on playing both on Hard or Insane. So when you start the game you can't play on Insane only Easy Normal and Hard so i would advice you to first play on easy or normal so you can get some salvage to buy upgrades and cheats. And then play on Insane and get both Hard and Insane in one go.

    SolrayYou can play on Hard or Insane from the beginning, although I would agree with the OP that it would be best to start on normal to buy upgrades.

    Zeylexyou can play hard from the beginning but you can't play on insane from the beginning you need to have beaten the game ones befor you unlock it

    REDZERO UKNot true, just started the game and Insane was unlocked immediately. Not sure if it's anything to do with the update, maybe added later but insane is definitely available from the start.

    TibbleToadit is treu when the game came out insanity had to be unlocked , with a patch and the release of the dlc they made it playable from the start
