this is not as difficult as it sounds. after you finish the story use the chapter select from the menus select mission 6 or VI then change the difficulty to hard and start the checkpoint from the first 1. now make the best use of cover when you can, know which weapon is better for which enemy type

plasma cannon for the mid size guys who fire rockets

machine gun for the smaller run around melee guys who try to get in close

make good use of the drain ability as this will recharge your health (credit to Lavindathar for the reminder)

also you can still shoot while using the drain ability which i found useful.

the ach will unlock after the last enemy has dropped and you progress through the ext to the next part of the level
