The absolute fastest way to get this is to go into a multiplayer match, any mode, select the jet class, transform into jet mode, hit RB 5 times. RB for jets is barrel roll, and there's no cool down for it, so you can hit the button about once a second and easily get it within ten seconds of a match starting.
